INTRODUCTION :

AEW Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machine works on volumetric principle with diving nozzles. The unit is made compact, versatile & enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finished body, consist of S.S. sail conveyor, reciprocating nozzle with self centering devices & S.S. syringe. No container no filling system arrangement is standard feature of the machine.

The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of A/c motor with A/C frequency drive.

OPERATION :

Containers moving on S.S. slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a twin pusher system. The twin pusher system & reciprocating nozzles are precisely matched for centering of container below Nozzles, It avoid spoilage of liquid on container, to minimize foaming adjustable nozzles will reciprocate according to filling doze, nozzle will go up words slowly from bottom level of bottle towards neck during filling.
The dosing black with a hexagonal bolt flitted below syringes. That means different fill size can be easily set.
